Janus Capital Asset Management (JCAM) provides legal support staff services to attorneys. With the recent scrutiny that has been placed on the loan modification industry and the new legislation that has been passed in many states it has become increasingly difficult for attorneys to take on loan modification cases. Attorneys have begun to look for other solutions to outsource the preliminary case set up and packaging prior to taking a case on for representation.
JCAM provides this service to the attorneys. JCAM will gather all the required documentation from the client, organize it, and review it. JCAM will then analyze and prepare a financial budget for the client that will be accepted by the lender. JCAM orders a series of supplemental reports, including a Credit Report and Appraisal Valuation Model to provide the attorney the same information that the lender will be using when reviewing the client for a loan modification.
When JCAM hands a case binder over to an attorney, the attorney has everything they need to know about the client, their financial position, their loan, and has a complete package to submit to the lender. JCAM creates the package for the attorney, saving the attorney time so they can focus on the actual negotiations on the client’s behalf.
